Anna Wintour made an unexpected appearance at the 2009 Hampton Designer Showcase on Saturday to support her dear friend (and personal decorator) Jesse Carrier of Carrier & Company. The creative visionary behind Wintour’s Thompson Street apartment and East End compound has also designed the Vogue lobby and Wintour’s office at 4 Times Square. But what’s really intriguing? The manque of Manolos. Wintour in flats? We never dreamed!
