What brings you here?
I was in town, and Jean Paul made me and my dog really nice outfits for the Academy Awards. I wanted to show my support.

When was the last time you attended a fashion show?
It was many years ago–about 20. Oh, I can’t even remember.

Have shows changed?
I can’t tell. The last time I did a show, I was actually in it. That was nerve-wracking. I did someone a favor, but I didn’t feel very comfortable.

What brings you to Paris?
A project. I’ve been coming here for 20 years. I probably have more friends here than in New York.

Any favorite haunts?
It changes. A lot of the places I went to 15 years ago are now closed. So I bounce around.
