Fashion Week, shmashion week. When Roger Federer takes court for a night match, town cars head in only one direction – Flushing Meadows. Four fashion powerhouses: Anna Wintour, Ralph Lauren, Michael Kors, and Oscar de la Renta arrived to the US Open to pay tribute to the Swiss master and to check out his new, tuxedoed look. Needless to say, he won easily and pleased the Fashion Gods. Expect the world’s top ranked player to return the favor next week by being a lucrative front row fixture at the designers’ much-anticipated shows.

Panties littered Bungalow 8 Tuesday night to celebrate MMK’s Passport Panties, from the chandelier of panties nicknamed by guests “the panty-mobile” and “the panty-lier” to the underwear party-goers began tucking into pockets and throwing over chairs. Three girls, Kim Willson, Mary Kay Bowden, and Morgan Harbin-a pair of twins and their best friend, started the company two years ago after a long day of shopping, leading to drinks and a night out on the town. Slimly packaged, the underwear fits into a purse for the girl on the go. “We wanted a panty that you could change into and if you got caught in, you wouldn’t be embarrassed,” explained Willson.

Model Danielle Scriffen from Project Runway is set to walk next week, and scoped out her share of Passport Panties, saying, “Only the pink please!” Meanwhile, club owner Amy Sacco joined the party straight from Magic in Vegas and dished on her fave-boy shorts and thongs, saying, “a little naughty red is necessary.”
